Welcome to the always developing site of me. I am a University of Oklahoma alum with a degree in journalism. I have reported for the Oklahoma Daily, the independent student paper at OU and also have worked for the online version of the paper, www.oudaily.com. Along with the paper, I have interned at Oklahoma Today Magazine, the official magazine of the state of Oklahoma and sometimes still freelance for it. I have covered the state capitol for the CNHI group and had my stories published in the Norman Transcript, The Stillwater Press, the Edmond Sun, and other papers across the state of Oklahoma.
A bit about me: I love reading more than anything and hope to one day have a library in my house that has floor to ceiling bookcases. And a globe. I love writing anything and everything, cooking, sewing, seeing my friends, and trying to accomplish the list of things everyone should do in their lifetime with my fiance Steve. I am getting married in July and have been trying to plan that to the best of my ability although our style would be to go somewhere and elope. However, Steve promised my family we wouldn’t.
